Please read Charlotte Danielle's terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing from our online store and/or using our site, you are agreeing to adhere to every term and condition listed below, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, without notifying you. It is your responsibility to check for any changes.

In this contract;

  • 'we', 'us' or 'our' means Charlotte Danielle; and
  • 'you' or 'your' means the person using our site and/or using our site to buy goods from us.

Order Placement

When you place an order with Charlotte Danielle you will receive an ackowledgment via email that we have received your order request. This email acts as an acknowledgment only and does not mean we accept your order. Your contract with us begins once your payment has been approved and you receive an email from us with the tracking information for your order, confirming it has been processed and posted.

We reserve the right to refuse anyone service at any time. This may be due to;

  • inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
  • the item(s) being out of stock.
  • the indentification of bulk order with the itent to resell for promotion.
  • an identified mistake on either the pricing or the description of the the item(s).

We do not warrant thtat the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Cancellations

Once you have received email confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped, you are not able to cancel it. A return will need to be requested instead. Please refer to our returns policy.

Returns

We offer returns on any full prcied items (except hoisery, swimwear or pierced jewellery due to hygeine reasons) within 28 days of receiving the item(s). A refund must be requested within the first 14 days or receipt of the item(s). The item(s) must be returned within the next 14 days following the return request. Please refer to our return policy for further detail. Our policy acts accordingly to and does not affect your statuary rights.

Products

  • We sell vintage and retro clothing. The majority is secondhand and therefore ha been worn before. Items are occasionally brand new with tags on and this will be specified on the listing.
  • We aim to be as accurate as possible with our item descriptions, including but not limited to; item pictures, item condition, item brand, approximate item measurements, approximate item sizing.
  • Item listing descriptions always include measurements. All measurements are approximate. We suggest you pay close attention to the item measurements for sizing. If a label size is not provided on the item, we provide an approximate size in accordance with the current UK size chart. The label size may differ from the actual size in accordance with the UK size chart. We list our items based on the actual measured size in accordance to the UK size chart.
  • We do not acquire our products directly from the brand supplier. Third party trademarks and images of third party products and services on this site are in no way associated, linked or endorsed by Charlotte Danielle.
  • Colour disclaimer; Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor and/or device has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. Therefore there is no garauntee that the colour you see portrays the true colour of the product accurately.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Charlotte Danielle, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Website or your breach of the Terms of Service.
