Everything you need to know about our Returns Policy.
We offer returns on any full priced items. The return request must be submitted to us within 14 days of receiving your item(s). From the date the return request is made, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Returns requested after this the initial 14 day period, or not returned in the following 14 day period, will not be accepted.
Please ensure you select the right size at checkout. Charlotte Danielle can not be held responsible for sizing issues as the item listing includes; the item label size (if applicable), the model size (if applicable), and hand taken measurements of the item. It will not constitute as a flaw with the item, unless there is evidence the item measurements do not match the measurements of the received item. You are welcome to return an item if it does not fit as desired, but the return will be at your cost. Please visit our SIZE GUIDE page for more information on vintage and secondhand clothing sizing.
Returns are at the cost of the buyer. We are unfortunately not able to refund the cost of postage. This includes both the original postage cost for delivery to the customer and the cost of postage for the return. Item(s) will need to be returned via tracked postage and we advise keeping proof of your postage in case there are any issues with the chosen delivery provider.
However, if a return is requested due to an incorrectly listed item, please contact us. We try our very best to outline any flaws in item(s) on the listing, but the majority of our items are secondhand and things can be missed or mistakes can happen. You will need to include corresponding evidence showing how the item differs from the advertised listing. We are happy to help in this circumstance.
- Please note - In this circumstance we will refund the cost for Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For Postage. That will be for the weight and dimensions of the item(s) of the agreed return only. We will not refund excess if other postage options are used or excess item(s) beyond the return agreement are included in the returned parcel.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if;
- an item has been worn.
- a returned item is not in the conditon it was received in.
- an item is not returned in our original packaging.
- an item has an odour.
We notify you once we have received your returned item(s). We have a 3 working day period from the day we receive your returned item(s) to inspect them and conclude whether they are elligable for a full refund.
Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Refunds often take some time to be officially posted. If you believe you are missing a refund, please first check with both your bank and your credit card company. If you have followed both of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
