We currently offer a flat rate shipping cost of £3.99 for standard shipping (2-5 working days from posting) or £5.99 for express shipping (1-2 working days from posting).

We currently only ship to the UK for orders purchased via our website but hope to expand this in the near future.
We use both Royal Mail and Evri to despatch orders.
We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible. Our despatch time is 2 working days. We do not class Saturday or Sunday as a working day.
We are not responsible for unforseen delays within the postage system, and therefore we cannot garauntee your order will definitely be delivered in the listed timeline, they are guidelines only. We will do our upmost to update you of any such delays.
Occasionally parcels do get lost or delayed in the post. Please allow up to 14 working days for parcels to arrive. During this time please check the status of your order on the appropriate shipping service with the tracking number disclosed on you order despatch confirmation email. If you have followed both of these steps and are still awaiting your order, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note - we are not able to report an order as missing until these 14 working days have ended so please ensure you wait the full time before reporting it to us.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We can only deliver your order to the address that has been provided.
Our orders are sent in 100% recyclable packaging so please ensure you either reuse or recycle!
